Sessions

Distance Sessions

Payment Policy: When scheduling through the online scheduler your payment will be made at the time of booking to complete the scheduling process.

When scheduling through email please complete payment within 24 hours of scheduling confirmation for your selected service via the online store or Interac e-transfer to secure your scheduled time. Appointments not paid for within this window will be cancelled until payment is received.  Prepaid package clients with active packages are exempt from this condition.  (Prepaid packages are available in the online store.  Please see Prepaid Package policies below.)  


Refund Policy: There are no refunds after 24hrs of purchase. Refunds within 24hrs will be subject to $25 administration fee. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make your purchase.

Cancellation Policy: Sessions cancelled within 24 hrs of purchase are available for a full refund (see Refund Policy). Sessions cancelled after 24 hrs of purchase and 24 hrs before the scheduled time are not available for refund, but can be rescheduled without additional payment. Clients have up to 1 year from purchase date to reschedule this session. Sessions cancelled after 24 hrs before the scheduled time will not be available for refund or reschedule. If you fail to cancel within this time frame you forfeit that session. Please call or text (226-201-1490), or email (christine@christineriedel.ca) to let Christine know you will not be showing up. Payment will be applied to your missed appointment time and if you like you can schedule another appointment for which additional payment will be required (unless previous agreement with Christine is established).

Reschedule Policy: Reschedules can be made up to 24hrs before the scheduled time. If you fail to reschedule within this time frame you forfeit that session. Payment will be applied to your missed appointment time and if you like you can schedule another appointment for which additional payment will be required (unless previous agreement with Christine is established). Sessions can be rescheduled as many times as required (if done prior to the 24 hrs before scheduled time deadline) for up to 1 year from the purchase date of that session.

Late Policy: Clients that call in more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time of their appointment will lose their appointment and payment for said lost appointment. Please note that even in you call in prior to the 15 minute deadline, but are still late, your appointment will always run to the originally scheduled ending time. For example, if you schedule a 60 minute appointment from 2pm to 3pm and you fail to call in until 2:11pm your appointment will only run until 3pm like originally planned. Refunds for this missed time will not be given.

Extra Time Policy: If a session runs over the scheduled amount of time additional payment is required. If you have booked a session using your Prepaid Time then the extra time will be taken off your package if available, otherwise additional payment will be required. Although Christine does mention the time in sessions, clients have the responsibility to keep track of their timing to reduce additional costs.

 

In-Person Sessions

Payment Policy: Please complete payment within 24 hours of receiving confirmation confirming your scheduled time for your selected service via the online store (credit card/Paypal) or by contacting us (if paying via Interac e-transfer) to secure your scheduled time. Appointments not paid for within this window will be cancelled until payment is received.  Prepaid package clients with active packages are exempt from this condition.  (Prepaid packages are available in the online store.  Please see Prepaid Package policies below.) Travel fees may be paid the day of the session by cash or cheque or can be paid at least 24 hrs prior to the session by credit card or Paypal.

Time Requirement and Travel Fee: In-person sessions must be a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 3 hours in length. An additional travel fee of $0.85/km is due for all in-person appointments.

Prepaid Time

These are policies associated with any prepaid package that is not associated with a promotional offer. Please review these policies prior to purchasing a prepaid package.

Deadline Policy: There is a one year from date of purchase deadline date on prepaid time. Any time not utilized by this deadline date is forfeit. Refunds for this forfeited time will not be given.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds after 24hrs of purchase. Refunds within 24hrs will be subject to $25 administration fee. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make your purchase. 

Monthly Payment Plan Policy: Each monthly payment is due 30 days after initial purchase until all payments are completed. Full payment plan must be completed even if you discontinue use of the package purchased. Services will be temporarily blocked if you fail to complete any of the monthly payments on time. Services will be reinstated once late payment is received.

Package Division and Use Policy: Time may be divided as you wish. A portion of purchase or full purchase may be gifted to a relative or friend. Please contact us with your request to do this along with the name of the person who is the recipient of your gift. Prepaid package times can be used for most private one-to-one service including animal communication sessions and intuitive consultations. In-person sessions are a minimum of 1 hr and an additional travel fee will be due at time of session. Prepaid Time packages are not usable for house and land clearings.


Promotion Policies

These are policies associated with any promotional offer (public or private). Individual promotions may have unique terms and conditions which may be instead of some of these policies or in addition to these policies. Please read all the information outlined on the Promotions and Policies pages prior to purchasing a promotional offering.

Payment Policy: To receive the promotional pricing, payment must be completed before the end date of that particular promotion. Please review the terms of the specific promotion you are interested in to gain knowledge of that date. An email confirmation will be sent to purchasers after the payment is complete. If they do not receive this confirmation the payment has not been completed. Payment can be made via Paypal, credit card, or Interac e-transfer. Payments received after the end date of the promotion will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.

Deadline Policy: Each individual promotion has a unique deadline date. Please review the individual promotion to view this deadline date. Any promotional purchase not utilized by this deadline date are forfeit. Refunds for this forfeited time will not be given.

Promotion Purchase Division and Use Policy: Promotional purchases if sessions or packages of time may be divided as you wish. A portion of purchase or full purchase may be gifted to a relative or friend. Please contact us with your request to do this along with the name of the person who is the recipient of your gift. Conditions on the use of your promotional purchase are dependent on the individual promotion. Please review the terms as outlined on the Promotions page. If there are no conditions listed, then the promotion may be used for any private one-to-one service including animal communication sessions and intuitive consultations. In-person sessions are a minimum of 1 hr and an additional travel fee will be due at time of session.

Monthly Payment Plan Policy: Each monthly payment is due 30 days after initial purchase until all payments are completed. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates on individual sessions or from a portion or full Prepaid Time package must be used within 1 year of purchase date.

Gift certificates or gifted time given as part as a promotion must follow the terms and conditions of that individual promotion. Please review the individual promotion for these terms and conditions.
