Business Policies for Monthly Retainer Premium Packages


1. Your contract will continue, and your credit card will be charged monthly or quarterly,
as agreed upon, until you provide Christine with your written request to cancel your
agreement. The agreement cannot be cancelled within the first 3 months of the
contract. Cancellation request must be given 30 days prior to the next regularly
scheduled monthly or trimonthly payment.


2. Any In-person sessions which you request have an additional travel fee added to the
above costs which is calculated at $.85/km. You will be informed as to the travel fee for
your location. Travel fees may be paid the day of your session.


3. My coaching/consulting & Interspecies Communication fees are paid as a retainer.
Your card will be charged automatically according to the fee schedule in your contract.
You will receive a receipt by email at the time of the charge. Print and keep these for
your records. These fees may be tax deductible as a business expense. Please check
with your CPA.


4. I accept Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal payments. If your credit card expiration date or
number changes, please let me know.


5. Please budget for this investment and make certain funds are available. You will be
charged a $25 NSF fee for any payments that do not process on their due dates unless
there is a previous agreement otherwise.


6. You will have 24 hours from the date of your first payment to change your mind and
receive a full refund of your initial payment paid minus a $50 administration fee and/or
session fee if you have received a session during that time.


7. You will have 24 hours from the date you sign your contract to notify me that you have
changed your mind at which time the contract will be voided, and no future payments
will be taken. After this 24-hour period you will no longer be able to cancel this
agreement or payment arrangement until after your 3-month period is up. At this point
the cancellation policy stated in #1 and in your contract, will take effect.


8. If you stop attending your sessions during the contract period, your card will still be
charged according to the schedule and the terms of your contract unless you have
cancelled your agreement as per #1.


9. You have 15 minutes of additional text or email support sessions a month. Text/email
time not utilized during a month is forfeit.


10. Upon agreement, you may carry over a maximum of one session from one month to
another during your contract period. This is to be used by the end of the calendar
month in which your contract ends, unless, due to extenuating circumstances, we agree
on a longer extension. If you do not use this session by the end of the calendar month
in which your contract ends it is forfeit. Any cancelled sessions, over this 1 session
carry over maximum, which are not rescheduled within the calendar month they were
cancelled will be forfeit. Please be advised that if there are no available appointment
times for you to schedule this session your session will be forfeit unless a prior
agreement has been made with Christine.


11. As a coaching and consulting client, you are eligible to receive 20% off any purchase of
additional single sessions during your contract. We will provide you with a discount
code to use when purchasing and scheduling these sessions.


12. You are guaranteed that your package rate will not increase if your contract remains
active and your account is in good standing.


Please Note Regarding Refunds: I ask that prior to making this purchase, that you follow your
heart, take a breath, and ask if you are committed to opening yourself fully to the knowledge and
the benefits available to you through this relationship and its process. I do not offer refunds other
than those explained in the items above.

Business Policies for Flex Time Premium Packages


1. Any In-person sessions which you request have an additional travel fee added to the

your location. Travel fees may be paid the day of your session.


2. If you request an invoice with payment link to purchase your Flex Package payment is
required within 24 hours from time invoice is e-mailed to you.


3. You will have 24 hours from the date of your purchase to change your mind and
receive a full refund of your payment paid minus a $50 administration fee and/or
session fee if you have received a session during that time.


4. As a Flex Premium Package holder, you are eligible to receive 10% off any purchase of
additional single sessions during your 6-month period. All sessions purchased must be
utilized prior to the end of month in which your 6-month period ends. We will
provide you with a discount code to use when purchasing and scheduling these
sessions.


5. Any time not utilized by the end of your 6-month period is forfeit unless there is a
previous agreement with Christine otherwise. You may schedule time via email request
or through using the online scheduler at christine@christineriedel.ca. I do offer some
weekend and weeknight appointment times that are not on the scheduler. If you need
one of these times, please contact me with your request. Please be advised that if you
wait until the end of your 6-month period to schedule your appointments and there are
no available appointment times left your time will be forfeit at the end of that month
unless a prior agreement has been made with Christine.


6. You are responsible for keeping track of how much time you have left and when your
package expires. If you are unsure as to how much time you have left, please send an
email request to christine@christineriedel.ca and we will be happy to inform you.


7. You may divide the time in your Flex package up as needed. I.e. 1 30-minute session, 1
60-minute session, 2 15-minute text sessions, etc.


8. Your sessions may take place over phone, online video conference, in-person (min 60
minutes), email, or text. (email and text time is calculated based on the amount of time
it takes me to sit with your questions, receive the answers, and respond back)


9. Sessions may consist of Intuitive Coaching/Consulting, Spiritual Healing work, Intuitive
or Interspecies Private training and/or Interspecies Communication. **House and
Land Clearing Sessions are not available through a Flex Package and must be
purchased separately.


10. You may gift some of your time to friends and family upon notifying Christine via
christine@christineriedel.ca of the amount and name of recipient. If you would like a
gift certificate, please let us know and we will email you gift certificate which you can
send or print out.


11. By purchasing a Flex Premium Package, you state your agreement to the above terms
and conditions.
